POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

 Positive affirmations are a powerful tool that can help you change your mindset, boost your confidence, and improve your overall well-being. Positive affirmations are short, positive statements that you repeat to yourself daily, with the intention of rewiring your brain and replacing negative self-talk with positive self-talk.


Examples of positive affirmations include, "I am worthy and deserving of love and happiness," "I am capable of achieving my goals," and "I choose to focus on the positive in all situations." By repeating these affirmations on a regular basis, you can begin to believe them and see positive changes in your life.


It's important to choose affirmations that resonate with you personally, and to repeat them often, ideally every day. You can say them out loud, write them down, or even post them in a visible place as a reminder. With consistent practice, positive affirmations can help you create a more positive and fulfilling life.


​Each day pick a new affirmation (in addition to telling yourself that you love yourself) and as you go about your day repeat that affirmation as often as you remember.
